My name is Claire Carroll and I have been passionate about painting lifelike images of animals since my childhood. I am based in Sheffield in the UK where I live with my husband and two sons, and until a few years ago our lovely black labrador 'Star'. I have recently changed careers, deciding to follow my dream job of painting pet portraits and hopefully bring some joy to others.

I paint in watercolours from a favourite photograph of your pet. It’s always useful to have a range of clear photographs so that I can pick up on the detail and character of your individual pet. I can include more than one animal in each painting and include a colour in the background if you wish. All paintings are mounted in an off white mount with the option of a natural solid oak frame.
